Hash said that Kate had a craving so she made her a big batch to take away with rice and flatbread. Meanwhile, the palace announced on Monday that Queen Elizabeth II’s eldest granddaughter Zara Phillips and her husband, rugby player Mike Tindall, were expecting their first baby in the new year.
