An earthquake measuring 5.2 on the Richter scale jolted south of the Fiji Islands Sunday, said the US Geological Survey.
The temblor occurred at 6.24 (Beijing time) Sunday, Xinhua reported.
It's epicentre, with a depth of 153.20 km, was initially determined to be at 25.6641 degrees south latitude and 177.4509 degrees west longitude.
