One militant died in an Israeli rocket attack near Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip. Three other men were wounded in the attack.

An Israeli army spokesman confirmed the attack. The men were allegedly planning at attack into Israel.

In the West Bank city of Hebron, a 14-year-old boy died after Israeli troops responded with gunfire to Palestinian youths throwing stones at their post, the army spokesman said.

The troops shot the boy, the alleged ringleader, in the lower body. He later died of his injuries in a hospital.
