US man tries to sell coffin with skeleton inside

Police have interrogated an Iowa man, who placed an oak coffin for online sale without mentioning it contained a full skeleton inside.

According to the Council Bluffs Daily Nonpareil, the coffin belonged to the now-defunct Council Bluffs chapter of the International Order of Odd Fellows, which promotes anonymous giving to the poor, News.com.au reported.

The advert was placed by Dave Burgstrum on the Craigslist website for the bargain price of 12,000 dollars. He told the publication that the coffin was made in the 1900s.
