21 caught cheating in PSEB Class-10 exam

Twenty one students appearing in the Class-10 Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) exam were caught cheating on Friday.

Over 4.27 lakh students sat for the science exam at 2,634 centres across the state where the flying squads caught 21 students using unfair means. However, no centre was cancelled.

Four cases were reported from Ferozepur, three each from Jalandhar and Ludhiana, two each from Mansa, Barnala, Gurdaspur, Tarn Taran and one each from Bathinda, Sangrur and Kapurthala.

“The paper was easy,” said Ankita Sood at Government Senior Secondary School, Phase 3B1, SAS Nagar, while another student Saurabh Sharma said, “The paper was lengthy, but all questions were easy.”
