Madhya Pradesh: Diggy to appeal in Supreme Court

All India Congress Committee general secretary Digvijaya Singh said that he would appeal to the Supreme Court and seek a CBI investigation into the Professional Examination Board scam.

All India Congress Committee (AICC) general secretary Digvijaya Singh on Wednesday said that he would appeal to the Supreme Court and seek a CBI investigation into the PEB scam.

"We shall go into appeal to Supreme Court and ask for CBI investigation independent of CM's authority. Investigation by STF is unacceptable," he tweeted.

"HC judgment on VYAPAM has come. We don't mind SIT headed by Retd HC Judge and Retd DGP, but how can STF working under CM investigate him?" he wrote in his second tweet after the high court judgment.
