Aditya Chopra announces his return as director with Befikre

Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge and Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi director Aditya Chopra has announced his return to the director’s chair with the film Befikre - Those Who Dare to Love. The announcement was made on his father Yash Chopra’s birthday.

Filmmaker Aditya Chopra announced his return to the director’s chair with his upcoming project Befikre - Those Who Dare To Love on his father Yash Chopra’s birthday on Sunday.

The news was to revealed late last night on the legendary filmmaker Yash Chopra’s 83rd birth anniversary on September 27.

The Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge director is returning to direction after seven years with his new project titled Befikre – Those Who Dare To Love, a Yash Raj Films note issued in Mumbai said.

Aditya had last directed Shah Rukh Khan–Anushka Sharma starrer Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi in 2008.

The production house in the note also shared a touching story of the film’s inception through an imaginary dialogue between Aditya and his late father whom he called his “go to guy”.
