Big B, Shahid Kapoor, Varun Dhawan star in Shraddha Kapoor’s birthday video

Shraddha Kapoor is setting aside time to personally thank friends, family members and colleagues for a special birthday video that was made by her brother, Siddhanth and aunt, Tejaswini.

When Shraddha Kapoor turned a year older earlier this month (on March 3), her brother, Siddhanth Kapoor, and aunt, Tejaswini Kolhapure, wanted to make sure that the actor’s special day would be an “unforgettable” one. However, since the actor was travelling with her friends, they wanted to do something special.

A source says, “It was a special surprise for Shraddha, as her brother and aunt put together a video for her birthday. They compiled a video of birthday wishes from all the people that Shraddha has been close to, both in her personal and professional spheres.”

Shraddha Kapoor will be seen as Haseena Parkar in her new film, Haseena.

Besides her family, friends and team, the video also features people the actor has worked with in films. “Several people including Amitabh Bachchan, Varun Dhawan, Sidharth Malhotra, Tiger Shroff, Shahid Kapoor, Riteish Deshmukh, and Aditya Roy Kapur contributed to the video,” the source says.

The source added that since Shraddha couldn’t thank the people who wished her in the video as she was travelling during her birthday, the actor has been making time to personally call and thank everyone, despite her busy schedule.

Shraddha Kapoor will next be seen in Half Girlfriend alongside Arjun Kapoor.

When contacted, Shraddha says, “It was the best surprise to receive wishes on video from friends, family and whoever I have worked with. It was a touching gesture by my brother and aunt, who went to such great lengths to put this [video] together.”
