“Shilpa often makes nutritious delicacies for her husband, Raj (Kundra) and son, Viaan (Raaj Kundra). She has often been requested to share these recipes on social media,” says the source, adding, “Therefore, Shilpa has decided to share 12 healthy yet festive recipes, thrice a week, during the month of October.”

The actor will also answer queries from her fans.

When contacted, Shilpa confirmed the news, and said, “The festive season is about spending time together, and gorging on delicious food, but not at the cost of one’s health. There are ways to enjoy tasty food and we intend to do it the healthy way.”
