Sufi singer Shadab Faridi has lent his voice to the Kareena Kapoor-Salman Khan item song Fevicol Se from Dabangg 2 and says he feels lucky to be part of the number.

Sufi singer Shadab Faridi has lent his voice to the Kareena Kapoor-Salman Khan item song Fevicol Se from Dabangg 2 and says he feels lucky to be part of the number.

The singer, who is known for his soulful voice, has previously sung for films like " Tum Mile", "Jodi Breakers" and "Agent Vinod".

"'Fevicol se' is a very interesting song of the movie which is beautifully picturised on Kareena. As a singer I feel very lucky that I get a chance to be a part of Salman Khan movie where I got to sing a very different number. As a Sufi singer it is great to be working with Bollywood Khans," Shadab said in a statement.

The first look of the much-awaited item number was unveiled on 'Bigg Boss 6'.

Besides Shadab, the song has also been sung by Wajid Ali and Mamta Sharma and choreographed by Farah Khan.

"Dabangg 2", sequel of the 2010 national award winning film, has been directed by Arbaaz Khan and will hit theatres on December 21.
