A few weeks back, Priyanka Chopra and Sunny Leone created a buzz when reports about the Bajirao Mastani (2015) actor giving Sunny the cold shoulder surfaced. As per reports, Priyanka asked photographers at an awards show not to not click her and Sunny together on the red carpet.

However, Priyanka immediately wrote on Twitter that she loves “how things r sensationalised out of context (sic)”. She further tweeted, “Standing and taking pics with @SunnyLeone makes me look bad cause she is stunning! (sic)”.

Ask Sunny about what happened, and she says, “I was actually just being respectful because there were [other] people talking to her. The worst thing is to walk behind someone with your entire entourage. That’s rude. So I just waited [behind her]. I would do that for anybody, but I was happy that it was Priyanka.”

The actor admits that she’s “always the one who is a bit more conservative and reserved”.

Sunny says, “I don’t know how people are going to react to me. But Priyanka just turned around and gave me a hug. I was surprised and thought, ‘Wow, what just happened (laughs)?’ I am the kind of person who goes to places quietly, meets people with a polite ‘hello’ and gauges them. But it (her meeting with Priyanka) was very nice. She is very sweet, and even our conversation was fantastic.”

And does she ever lose her Zen-like balance when such incidents make news?

“Yes, of course, especially when bad things are happening [around me]. But there are so many good things as compared to the bad ones. I love being here, and I love it more and more with all the craziness and chaos, even dealing with all the nonsense that you have to deal with. I guess it is part of the package (smiles),” she says.
