Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover are just two days away from getting married and the wedding fun seems to have already begun. Along with Bipasha, her close friends started sharing pictures on social media on Thursday, giving us a sneak peek into what is in the works.
Bipasha took to Instagram to post a picture of her dressed in a pink saree, looking every bit the bride-to-be. Karan is holding her hand and dressed in what looks like a white shervani.
In another picture, Bipasha is holding a gift basket with the running theme of monkeys. The couple has been hashtagging their wedding-related images as #monkeywedding.
Fitness expert Deanne Pandey, a close friend of the Bollywood star, took to Twitter to share various things which are integral to a traditional Bengali wedding.
She also shared a picture of what she will wear at the wedding.
Designer Rocky S also shared a picture of the happy couple and some close friends on Instagram.
According to a Times of India report, the couple’s combined mehendi and sangeet ceremony will be held on April 29 at a suburban lounge. On the day of the wedding, a haldi ceremony will be held in the morning while the wedding will be held according to Bengali rituals in the evening. The event will take place in a south Mumbai hotel.
It will be followed by a reception which will be attended by friends and family.
