In pics: Salman Khan’s mom accepts Iulia Vantur as the bahu?
New pictures have emerged to assure fans that Salman Khan’s family, especially his mom Salma, has accepted Iulia as his life partner. Is a wedding in order?
Ever since Bollywood superstar Salman Khan was acquitted in the 2002 hit-and-run case last year, speculation have been rife about his wedding. Rumoured to be dating Romanian actor-model Iulia Vantur, Salman had earlier said he will tie the knot once his legal cases are decided. Now, new pictures have emerged which show Iulia is quite close to his family and rumours of a wedding might not be so preposterous after all.
Late on Wednesday, Salman and family were spotted at Mumbai airport. They were returning after Salman wrapped his shooting for Sultan in Punjab. His sister Alvira Agnihotri also accompanied them.
Salman’s mom Salma and Iulia were seen along with the Bollywood actor.
While Salman maintained a distance from the two ladies (was it to avoid getting clicked with Iulia alone?), Salma held onto Iulia’s hand.
While Salman and Iulia are yet to accept their relationship publicly, we hope this one’s heading for the picture-perfect marriage.
Salman has dated top stars like Katrina Kaif, Aishwarya Rai and Sangeeta Bijlani in the past. His not-so-succesful romantic life has always run as a subtext to his blockbuster professional one. Salman has chosen to brush off queries about his marriage, maintaining that marriage is not something that can be predicted.
In April this year, Iulia visited the hinterlands of Haryana where Salman Khan was shooting for his next Sultan.
