Katrina Kaif on Ranbir Kapoor: Wonderful to be embraced by loved one
Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor were recently pictured kissing on the balcony of their house. Rather than hiding behind banal statements, Katrina was forthcoming about the incident at the trailer launch of Fitoor.
Commenting on her recent intimate picture with boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor, actress Katrina Kaif says it is always wonderful to be “embraced” by your loved one. Recently, in a rare show of PDA, the couple was spotted kissing in the balcony of their house here.
Ranbir and Katrina, who usually maintain a low profile about their relationship and desist from commenting on it, were also facing rumours around that time that their relationship was troubled. When prodded about the photo, the 32-year-old star said, “I was embraced... It’s always wonderful to be embraced.” Katrina was speaking to the media at the trailer launch of her next, Fitoor.
In 2013, Ranbir and Katrina were clicked holidaying in Ibiza, Spain. The picture had the actress in a bikini on a beach with her beau. Katrina and actor Aditya Roy Kapoor share a similar romantic pose on the poster of Fitoor.
When asked whether she recreated the poster in real life with Ranbir, Katrina exclaimed, “Where is this photo? It’s in newspapers... Gosh!” Aditya interrupted her saying, “So, I was photoshopped. They put me out and Ranbir in,” to which Katrina joked, “I will never cut you out of a picture.”

Fitoor is an adaptation of Charles Dickens’ novel Great Expectations and as seen in the trailer, Tabu plays the role of the begum who is the hurdle that her daughter Firdaus (Katrina), has to cross to unite with her love Noor (Aditya Roy Kapur).
