Actor Shah Rukh Khan has a special appearance in Salman Khan’s film Tubelight that releases tomorrow.

Actor Shah Rukh Khan’s special appearance in Salman Khan’s film Tubelight has been in the news since fans are eager to catch the two on silver screen together after a long time. The two acted in the classic film Karan Arjun (1995) and were last seen together in one frame in the song Deewangi Deewangi in the 2007 film Om Shanti Om.

Considering the not-so-pleasant relationship between the two, when they finally appeared together on reality TV show Bigg Boss — where Salman was the host and SRK came to promote his film Dilwale (2015).

But the excitement to see the two together on the big screen is so much that a video of SRK playing a magician in Salman’s forthcoming film Tubelight has been leaked online, and of course are going viral. Here’s a look:

Though Shah Rukh’s role was kept a secret, it was speculated that he is playing a magician in the film, who Salman’s character Laxman meets, at a critical point in the story. SRK’s look, as expected, is quite that of an Indian magician with kohled eyes and an embroidered colourful waistcoat.

In a recent interview to an entertainment portal, filmmaker Kabir Khan said that when he suggested Salman that SRK is best suited for the cameo, Salman agreed and phoned SRK, who eventually agreed in just two minutes, to come on board for the film.

SRK’s appearance was touted by trade experts as a boost to the film’s collections. As the film is scheduled to release tomorrow, June 23, what remains to be seen is how the makers do the damage control now.
