Tigmanshu Dhulia's Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster Returns got a good opening and it managed to collect 12.75 crore over the weekend. The film got a good opening and it did even better by Saturday. Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted saying: "#SahebBiwiAurGangsterReturns Sat 4.25 cr. Good jump in Mumbai, Delhi, UP, Punjab and Eastern circuits".

A certificate upsets makers of Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster Returns
Despite toning down the sensual content in their film, the makers of Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster Returns have failed to get a U/A certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification. The film was issued an ‘A’ certificate, and this has upset the makers.
