Kareena Kapoor Khan, her friends and family, including sister Karisma Kapoor, went all out for actor Saif Ali Khan’s birthday — and posted some super sweet photos, too — on Thursday. Saif marked his special occasion with a midnight party for a group of familiar guests at his Mumbai home. Attendees included Saif’s children Ibrahim and Sara Ali Khan, as well as his sister Soha Ali Khan and husband Kunal Kemmu. Here are some birthday pics:

Saif’s birthday soiree appeared to be a sweet, low-key gathering as the group hung out at his beautifully-decorated dark and moody library and dined in a cosy room with balloon arrangements. By the looks of Saif and Kareena’s family home, the actors definitely know a thing or two about mixing bold patterns with subtle pastel hues.

Although their house is the epitome of pristine, honestly, we can’t get enough of Saif and Kareena’s fondness for bright, airy colours and eclectic prints.
