Taapsee Pannu and Bhumi Pednekar have shared a new picture on Instagram from the sets of Saand Ki Aankh.

Bollywood actors Taapsee Pannu and Bhumi Pednekar have started shooting for their upcoming film Saand Ki Aankh. Taapsee on Wednesday tweeted an image from the film and captioned it: “Jai mata di. Let’s shoot.”

Bhumi Pednekar and Taapsee Pannu will play two sharpshooters from Haryana in Saand Ki Aankh.

Bhumi shared the same photograph and wrote: “Jai Mata Di. Let’s shoot Saand Ki Aankh... coming soon.”

Saand Ki Aaankh is based on old sharpshooters - Chandro Tomar and her sister-in-law Prakashi Tomar. Chandro, 87, and Prakashi, 82, are from Uttar Pradesh’s Johri village and reportedly took up sharpshooting in their 50s. Chandro, who is fondly called shooter ‘dadi’ is among the world’s oldest female sharpshooters. Check out more pictures from the film’s sets:

The actors are currently shooting in Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh. Directed by Tushar Hiranandani, Saand Ki Aankh also features Prakash Jha and Vicky Kadian in pivotal roles.
