Three’s company: Kapoor sisters and Saif come together in a film

Kareena Kapoor to appear in a documentary with husband Saif Ali Khan and sister Karisma Kapoor.

Kareena Kapoor was one of the first Bollywood actresses to bring the size-zero frenzy to India. Not only did she attain a figure that became the subject of considerable envy, she did so by following a strict, holistic diet and workout regimens chalked out by her nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar. Now, we hear that the actor will be seen talking about the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle and maintaining a balanced diet in an upcoming documentary.

What’s more, Kareena will be sharing screen space with hubby Saif Ali Khan and sister Karisma, who are also known to be fitness freaks.

The documentary is Rujuta’s brainchild. Talking about the project, Kareena says, “The film will change your perceptions regarding food, health and nutrition. I am proud to extend my support to this venture since it advocates maintaining a healthy lifestyle.”

The film will also feature Richa Chadda and Anupam Kher. Kareena and Karisma will be present for the launch later this week. Rujuta adds, “Kareena has always been an integral part of every project I have undertaken and this film is no different. What is special is that Karisma and Saif are part of this film too. Together, they will share with the viewers how eating local, fresh, seasonal and tasty food is the secret behind their fab bodies.”
