Toilet Ek Prem Katha: Akshay Kumar shares on-set photo with Bhumi Pednekar

Akshay Kumar took to Instagram on Sunday to share a picture from the Day 1 of the shoot of his upcoming film, Toilet Ek Prem Katha.

Bollywood star Akshay Kumar and Dum Laga Ke Haisha actor Bhumi Pednekar have begun shooting their new film, Toilet Ek Prem Katha, in Mathura. We’ve already laid hands on the first official photo from the shoot. And it’s intriguing, to say the least.

The Holiday actor took to Instagram on Sunday to share a picture from the day one of the shoot. He captioned it, “A very good morning from Bhumi and me from the sets of Toilet - Ek Prem Katha! First day it is...need your best wishes #TEPK”

While Akshay dons a moustache for the seemingly unusual love story, Bhumi is dressed as a recently-married woman. The two smile and pose with a toilet seat in the background.

Interesting, right? But that’s not all.

The actor also posted another photo, that of a Bhagvad Gita, on his Instagram account with the caption: “Couldn’t have asked for a better start to the day. Landed in Mathura and got gifted this precious Bhagvad Gita on day 1 by a passerby! #blessed.”
