In the mood for veggies?
Cauliflower Fried Rice by Monaz Irani
Grate cauliflower, chop 10g French beans, carrots, mushrooms, and 5g spring onion and garlic. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté all for a few minutes until cooked. Add a pinch of salt and Soy sauce/Sriracha for flavour!
For fish lovers
Tamarind Fish fry by Aloysius D’Silva
For few hours marinate two slices of surmai fish with green chilies, black pepper, garlic and salt. In a pan, sauté sliced onion, green chilies and four cloves of garlic till soft. Add tamarind pulp and sugar, cool and liquidise. Grill fish on a thick cast iron pan, three minutes on each side. Serve with a drizzle of tamarind sauce

Wasabi Tamarind Sprouts by Nagraj Bhat
Make a dressing of tamarind pulp, lemon juice, honey, wasabi and salt. Add sprouts, toasted peanuts, green chilli paste, chopped tomatoes and toss. Garnish with spring onion and coriander.
Care for a light salad?
Pan Seared Fish Salad with Germulata by Rishim Sachdeva
Cure the snapper with salt for 20 minutes, wash and pat dry. Sear the fish in a pan and glaze it with butter. Add lemon juice once off the heat. Lightly chargrill broccoli, red pepper, sweetcorn, pokchoy and toss in germulata. For germulata, puree basil, mint and half a clove of garlic. Warm honey. Once it caramelises, chill and mix with the herb puree. Fold in chopped onions and finish with lemon zest.

Coriander Pesto Bruschetta by Rakesh Talwar
Toast French bread. Mix finely minced garlic and tomato in a bowl and add pesto to it. Add a layer of green chutney, followed by the mix of garlic, tomato and pesto on the bread. Serve with topping of olives and Feta.
