RBI sets rupee reference rate at 67.90 against US dollar
The rupee shook off some of its earlier weakness and recovered 12 paise to 67.84 against the dollar on Monday on increased selling of the US currency by banks and exporters.
The Reserve Bank of India on Monday fixed the reference rate of the rupee at 67.90 against the US dollar and 74.88 for the euro.

These rates were 68.01 and 75.10 respectively, last Friday.
According to an RBI statement, the exchange rates for the pound and the yen against the rupee were quoted at 90.91 and 66.69 per 100 yens, respectively, based on reference rates for the dollar and cross-currency quotes at noon.
The SDR-rupee figure will be based on this rate, the statement added.
