Gillete India declares 150% dividend for FY'2010

Gillete India on Tuesday said it has declared a dividend of 150% for the financial year ended June 30, 2010.

Gillete India on Tuesday said it has declared a dividend of 150% for the financial year ended June 30, 2010.

The company said the decision came at its 26th Annual General Meeting held on November 18, 2010.

The company, in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, said that the members of the AGM have "accorded to declaration of dividend of Rs 15 per equity share of Rs 10 each on the paid-up equity share capital of the company for the financial year-ended June 30, 2010."

The firm also announced the re-appointment of Gurcharan Das and C R Dua as Directors of the company.
