Ahead of the first day of the Monsoon Session of Parliament, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the nation, saying India has achieved numerous milestones on the national and international stage and even in space. He also commented on the US-Israel vs Iran war, saying it had caused problems related to petrol, diesel, LPG, and fertilisers, but India still remained the fastest-growing major economy in the world with 7.7% growth. He also issued advice to the Opposition, saying that if issues are raised factually, then they make impact without the need for loud demonstrations.
