The court headed by justice Rajan Gupta also asked the municipal corporation about finding the feasibility of converting the non-functional government dispensaries in Sector 38 and Manimajra into veterinary clinics like the one functional in Sector 19.
The court also directed the MC to conduct an internal inquiry and submit the status report into the matter wherein Navdeep Gupta of Sector 18 died last year after being bitten by a rabid dog.
The MC had submitted to the court that no such incident was reported to them. The case would now come up for hearing on July 18.
