Punjab and Haryan high court appoints retired supreme court judge Kuldeep Singh, a mediator to resolve the issue of renewal of lease between Chandigarh Golf Club and Chandigarh administration.
It also directs golf club to pay Rs 10 Lakh, apart from Rs 20 Lakh which is already paid to UT administration.
