Police have booked a 53-year-old resident of Phase 3B2, here, on the charges of assaulting his wife, Inderjit Kaur Grewal. The couple had been married for 30 years.

Police have booked a 53-year-old resident of Phase 3B2, here, on the charges of assaulting his wife, Inderjit Kaur Grewal. The couple had been married for 30 years.
According to the complainant, she had been subjected to domestic violence for years. The woman, 50, the former head of the kindergarten school at the Yadavindra Public School, claimed that the husband, Simarjit Grewal alias bunny Grewal, 53, brutally assaulted her on Sunday and had also been having an affair.
