Nawanshahar DC gets additional charge, nine PCS reshuffled

The Punjab government on Sunday notified that Nawanshahar deputy commissioner Amar Partap Singh Virk, IAS, had been given the additional charge of special secretary aviation. The government has also reshuffled nine PCS officers with immediate effect.

The PCS officers with fresh portfolios included Vijay Kumar Syal (SDM Dharkalan), Harjeet Singh Sandhu (SDM, Kotkapura and in addition district transport officer Faridkot), Isha Singal (SDM, Sangrur), Rajesh Dhiman (DTO, Sangrur), Navreet Kaur Sekhon (SDM, Lehragaga and in addition SDM, Moonak), Jashanpreet Kaur Gill (SDM, Dhuri), Nitish Singla (SDM, Jaiton), Charumita (SDM, Faridkot) and Kala Ram Kansal (assistant commissioner- both general and grievances, Sangrur).
