Reserved prices plot in Ecocity Phase-2 announced

Punjab chief minister Parkash Singh Badal on Monday gave his approval for fixing the reserved prices of plots under Ecocity Phase-2 scheme to be launched by Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) in Mullanpur (New Chandigarh).

Punjab chief minister Parkash Singh Badal on Monday gave his approval for fixing the reserved prices of plots under Ecocity Phase-2 scheme to be launched by Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) in Mullanpur (New Chandigarh).

A spokesperson said Badal approved the GMADA proposal fixing the rates at Rs 21,000, Rs 23,000 and Rs 30,000 per square yard for categories of plots ranging between 100 to 300 square yards, 400 to 500 square yards and 1,000 to 2,000 square yards, respectively.

There are a 1,323 plots in Ecocity Phase-2 of which 855 are reserved for oustees and the remaining 468 were kept for the open market.
