Results for 1,411 corporators declared
Out of the 1,420 corporator seats, results have been declared for 1,411 so far. The BJP has won 623 seats, SP 145, BSP 73, Congress 58, and independents and others have won 164 seats.
UP Nagar Palika results: 279 results declared out of 544
So far, the results of 279 Nagar Panchayats out of 544 have been declared, out of which BJP alone has won 107 seats. SP has got only 43 seats, while BSP has won 14 seats and Congress has won 6 seats.

Ganesh Kesarwani defeated his nearest rival SP’s Ajay Kumar Srivastava by a margin of 1,29,389 votes to bag the seat of Prayagraj mayor. He secured a total of 2,35,675 votes while Ajay Kumar Srivastava could manage just 1,06,286 votes. Congress candidate Prabha Shankar Mishra came in third with 40,486 votes while BSP’s Saeed Ahmad ended up in fourth place with 36,799 votes.

SP candidate Kajal Nishad claimed that the administration has inflated the vote count by adding 1.5 lakh votes more than the actual number of votes polled.
