Under BJP’s rule, the farmers and youth in the country are facing severe distress, alleged Rai while addressing the conference at the State Congress office. Vishal Chaudhary, secretary of the Indian Youth Congress and in-charge of the Uttar Pradesh Western Zone; Paras Shukla, state president of the Uttar Pradesh Youth Congress (Western Zone); and Akhilesh Shukla, vice president of the All India Kisan Congress and in-charge of the UP Kisan Congress were also present.

“On one hand, the nation’s farmers are constantly grappling with economic crises, rising input costs, and the lack of fair prices for their crops; on the other, the youth are facing the growing challenge of unemployment,” said Rai.

Addressing the press conference, Paras Shukla, president of the Uttar Pradesh Youth Congress (Western Zone), said, “Beginning on May 1 from Saharanpur district, the yatra will pass through Muzaffarnagar, Baghpat, Ghaziabad, Meerut, Hapur, Bulandshahr, Aligarh, Agra, Mathura, and Gautam Buddha Nagar before concluding in Delhi.”
