The apartments were purchased by Preeti Bharat Shah and Kinnari Bharat Shah from Kalpataru Properties Ltd. The acquisition comprises two apartments each on the 34th and 35th floors of one wing of the project.
The four apartments have a combined RERA carpet area of 17,600 sq ft, with each measuring 4,400 sq ft. Together, they also include 1,400 sq ft of balcony space, taking the total area to 19,000 sq ft.
The deal values each apartment at about ₹45 crore, or roughly ₹1 lakh per sq ft based on the RERA carpet area. The purchase also includes 16 parking spaces, with four allotted to each apartment.
The buyers paid almost ₹9 crore in stamp duty. Property records show they received a 1% concession as the apartments were registered in the names of women buyers, in line with the Maharashtra government’s stamp duty rebate for female property owners.
The transaction is the latest high-value residential deal in Mumbai’s luxury property market. In March, a businessman bought a luxury apartment in the city for more than ₹60 crore.
