The Noida authority chief executive officer Amit Mohan Prasad will reschedule tripartite meetings of buyers, builders and officials as the additional chief executive officer Shishir Singh has been transferred to Lucknow.
Since April 10, the meetings were being chaired by Singh.
“Since Singh has been transferred from the Noida authority, I will reschedule these meetings if a new official does not join by tomorrow. Let us see if the UP government will appoint a new official for this job or not,” Prasad said.
As per the declared schedule, the authority has called Gardenia Gateway in sector 75 and Logix Blossom Greens in Sector 143 for the tripartite meeting on May 31 at 12:30pm at Indira Gandhi Kala Kendra in Sector 6.
“If a new official does not join the Noida authority, then we will have to postpone the meetings,” Prasad said.
As per schedule, two meetings of Ajnara Group will take place on June 2, the Ridge Residency on June 5 and Grand Omaxe, including Kindle Infraheight Private Limited, on June 7.
“Singh knew these realty sector issues in detail and was answering all queries properly at the meetings. Let’s see who will join and take care of all these meetings, which are important for resolving buyers’ issues,” an official of the Noida authority said.
