Bihar: 15-year-old boy stabbed to death over wedding song, another minor injured
Eyewitnesses said the boys were dancing to a song when some youths wielding knives attacked those dancing
A 15-year-old boy was allegedly stabbed to death, and another was injured in a scuffle that broke out over a song played by the disc jockey during a wedding ceremony in Dighi village of Bihar’s Katihar district on Thursday night.

Police said the injured boy (aged 12) is undergoing treatment at Katihar Medical College and Hospital (KMCH) and he is out of danger.
Eyewitnesses said the boys were dancing to a song when some youths wielding knives attacked those dancing.
One boy who sustained deep injuries died soon after he was rushed to KMCH.
Deputy superintendent of police Om Prakash, who reached the village soon after the incident, said, “We will soon nab the accused... The police have lodged a case.”

The police have also recorded the statement of the injured.
Businessman stabbed to death
In a separate incident, a businessman was stabbed to death near Ramna Chowk of the same district on Thursday night.
The victim has been identified as 30-year-old Md Salim who ran a hardware shop in the area. Police suspect the case to be of business rivalry.
According to reports, Salim was attacked with a knife and died en route to the hospital.
There is heavy deployment of police forces in the area to prevent further tensions.
