These students will now appear for the CET exam on August 11.

HT had reported about exam dates clash on August 6.

The Council of Architecture (CoA) had scheduled to conduct the third session of the NATA exam on Sunday, August 7, across the country for admission to five years Bachelor of Architecture course.

The students who had applied for CET and NATA exams demanded postponement of former exam.

“We received emails from students regarding the August 7 examination. We asked them to appear for CET exam on August 11. All other details like exam centre will be conveyed to them,” said Ravindra Jagtap, chairman, state CET cell.

Riya Nemade, a student who had demanded postponement of CET exam said, “I had my NATA exam on Sunday at 9 am to 12 noon, while the CET exam was scheduled from 10 am to 12 noon on the same day. With CET exam now on August 11, we will be able to appear for both exams.”
