Utterly bizarre from LSG to waste a review on that. Doesn't show too much respect to the umpire.

Well a canine has stollen all these cricketing superstars' thunder. The stadium officials try some innovative tactics at the start, including walking around the dog in a triangular formation and trying to usher it out of the ground. But the dog runs away anyhow and then its just pandemonium. About 2-3 minutes are gone as the fans cheer and the players laugh with the dog proving to be as slippery as, well, a slippery dog. In the end, they somehow get the four-legged pitch intruder off the field and Mayers steams in.

Mike Hussey had said that the England Test captain may not bowl in the first few games. Stokes did warm up with the ball before the last match but didn't bowl then. He was doing the same today as well and did given an indication that he might bowl. "Everything is coming on nicely. I feel like I've worked really hard to get to the place where I am at the moment with my knee. I think I might be able to turn the arm over tonight," he said.

Does mean a lot to be back here. IPL started in 2008 but we've not played a lot of cricket here. Only about 5-6 seasons we've been here. This is the first time the full stadium will be operational, a few stands were empty earlier. Really glad that we get to play all our home games here at Chepauk, means a lot. Same squad for this game. Need to keep assessing our situation and keep revisiting our targets, keep a realistic goal in mind and take it from there.
