Alester Kadowaki-Fleming

Alester Kadowaki-Fleming is a right-handed batter and right-arm off-spinner who has progressed through Japan's domestic pathway into the senior national setup. He made his T20I debut against Mongolia in 2024 and has since become part of Japan's wider international group, gaining experience through the East Asia-Pacific pathway. His breakthrough with the bat came when he struck his maiden T20I half-century against Indonesia, giving an indication of his ability to make an impact in the middle order.

Kadowaki-Fleming has continued to develop alongside his international commitments and was selected in Japan's squad for the 2026 Asian Games in Aichi-Nagoya. His selection also means he joins his brother Kendel Kadowaki-Fleming, Japan's captain, in the national squad for the continental tournament, adding another chapter to the family's involvement in Japanese cricket.
