Kejriwal was in Bikaner to pay homage to the mother of former national treasurer Shankar Sevda of AAP.

The Delhi CM was smeared with ink for his alleged remarks on the Indian Army’s surgical strike across the Line of Control in response to the terrorist attack in Jammu and Kashmir’s Uri.

Police have rounded up two ABVP leaders for the incident.

Sources said both the leaders, along with dozens of their supporters, were chanting Bharat Mata Ki Jai and Kejriwal Go Back, when they were detained by the police.

Superintendent of police Amandeepsingh Kapoor told HT that the police had detained former president of Nehru Sharda Peeth College, Dinesh Ojha, and former president of Maharaja Ganga Singh University Vikram Singh for the incident.

Earlier Kejriwal was shown black flags on his way to Bikaner in Nokha sub division by Vishva Hindu Parishad activists.

Kejriwal refused to comment on the incident and left for Delhi by train later.
