12th Plan: Delhi sets economic growth target of 11%

The Delhi government on Saturday set an economic growth target of 11% for the city during the 12th Five Year Plan period and identified various priorities, including reform in the water sector, for the next five years.

Addressing the National Development Council, chief minister Sheila Dikshit said the city registered an average annual growth of 10.2% in the first four years of the 11th Five Year Plan and has set a target of 11% growth rate for the 12th Plan period. PTI
