Two men, including a graduate, were arrested for allegedly kidnapping a 38-year-old man in outer Delhi, police said on Tuesday.
Ajay Kumar, 28, a bootlegger, and Vinod, 26, were intercepted and arrested minutes after releasing the victim, one Nandlal, in return for his wife's gold jewellery on August 19, said BS Jaiswal, DCP (outer). HTC
