Those who came close to making the cut in the first list in North Campus stand a good chance now in South Campus.
While colleges such as Hansraj, Kirori Mal and SGTB Khalsa came out with second lists for BCom, economics and history (hons), the fall in cut-offs was an average 0.5% for most courses.
South Campus colleges such as Lady Shri Ram (LSR), Venkateswara and Kamla Nehru announced lower cut-offs for most popular courses.
The sought-after North Campus colleges such as Hindu, Shri Ram College for Commerce (SRCC) and Miranda filled up seats in most courses.
While SRCC did not come out with a second list, admission in Hindu remained open only for the BA programme, philosophy, Hindi and Sanskrit in humanities and physics, chemistry, zoology and physical sciences in the science stream.
