3 charred to death in southwest Delhi

Three persons were charred to death when the car they were travelling in caught fire after being hit by another vehicle in southwest Delhi early this morning.

Three persons were charred to death when the car they were travelling in caught fire after being hit by another vehicle in Southwest Delhi early this morning, police said.

The incident took place at Bijwasan Road in the Southwest district at 1.15 am. Three occupants of the car died in the accident when the car caught fire after it was hit by a dumper, they said.

Pawan Kumar from Mahendragarh in Haryana is one of the victims while the other two could not be identified as their bodies were charred beyond recognition.

A cyclist also suffered minor injuries in the accident.
