Topics listed for discussion during the assembly's monsoon session - beginning from August 29 - do not include the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) report on irregularities in awarding contracts and execution of projects or the Shunglu Committee report on anomalies in Commonwealth Games-related projects.

"We had received a notice from BJP for a discussion on the Games but the business advisory committee rejected it," Delhi Assembly speaker Yoganand Shastri said. "None of the members have proposed a discussion on Lokpal."

BJP's chief whip Sahib Singh Chauhan said: "The CAG and other agencies have indicted the CM for irregularities during the Games. We will press for her resignation."
