‘Balwa’s petition infructuous’

The investigating agency told the special judge OP Saini, the charge sheet has been filed against the accused after extensive investigations and on record we have sufficient material to charge the accused. The agency said that after filing of the chargesheets, the contentions raised by the accused are of no significance.
