The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Friday registered a case against the managing director of a Delhi-based software solutions provider company.
US software multinational Microsoft Corporation (India) has lodged a complaint against Kamlesh Kumar Jha and his alleged accomplice Kishen Kumar.
The accused have been charged for cheating, counterfeiting and copyright violations.
