Civils topper Faesal meets PM
Shah Faesal, the first Kashmiri to top the Civil Service Examination, today met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in New Delhi.

Shah Faesal, the first Kashmiri to top the Civil Service Examination, met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in New Delhi on Wednesday.
Faesal called on the Prime Minister at his residence this morning. The Prime Minister congratulated him on his achievement and wished him well in life.
A doctor from Srinagar, 26-year-old Faesal cleared the Civil Services in his maiden attempt.
Faesal, whose father was killed by militants, overcame the trauma and pain to come out as topper in the exam.
