The area has been cordoned off and security heightened in the premises as the high court returned to business as usual.

"I was here when the blast took place, rushed my colleague to the RML Hospital," said advocate Shalini Luthra who came to the court early. "Life has to move on."

She added, "Yes, there is a sense of anger, but what next?"

Lawyers are indigninant over the lack of metal detectors and security lapses. "VIPs can continue visiting any place they want to," said another advocate. "The point is, will we ever learn?"

Wednesday's blast has left 91 people injured, most of them admitted to the RML Hospital in New Delhi, a stone's throw from Rashtrapati Bhavan. The bomb was concealed in a briefcase at the crowded Gate No.5 of the court.
