"It is an emotive issue. The public opinion is against them (the terror accused). It depends on the individual lawyer whether they should take it up or not (in court)," party spokesperson Jayanthi Natarajan told reporters in New Delhi.

Asked about the attack on the house of a lawyer in Amravati who wanted to take up the case of the terror accused in police custody, Natarajan said the party condemned any violence.
