The Delhi government is planning to launch one portal where all services and facilities can be accessed by the citizens.
Tentatively named E-Safar (electronic journey to get various works done), the portal will bring all state departments on one platform and help citizens to choose the service they want without exploring the websites of different departments.

E-Safar is likely to bring 345 services offered by various departments on one portal. Delhi government’s IT department will make a presentation before the Union government on Monday. Sources said the Delhi government is likely to get the funding from the World Bank. “Through this portal, our attempt is to provide every service to you electronically without making you step out of your house,” said an IT department official.
