Dharmendra Sharma, a 1988-batch IAS officer and awaiting posting orders, was posted as principal secretary of the finance department as senior bureaucrat S N Sahai was transferred from the post.
Sahai has been appointed as chief secretary of Goa by the Centre.
Another IAS officer Rakesh Bali, who was also awaiting posting orders, has been made special secretary of the finance department.
According to an order issued by the services department, special secretary (finance) has been transferred and posted as Managing Director of DT&TDC.
IAS officer V Abraham, also awaiting posting orders, was posted as secretary of Art & Culture Department.
The AAP government’s move came almost a week after the Centre transferred nine DANICS officers which drew criticism from deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia who accused the Modi government of creating hurdles in the works of the city administration.
